Jump Start:  A selection of our freshly baked French breakfast pastries, muffins, croissants and scones deliciously presented with butter and preserves.

Boardroom Buffet Box:  Mini quiche (heated and wrapped in foil), French pastry and a nice side of fresh fruit, packaged for easy distribution in individual serving boxes.

Luncheon Fare

 

Sandwich Platters

To make it easy for you, we are happy to make up a variety platter and include one full sandwich per person.

Sandwich platters include plates, napkins and utensils

  • Smoked Turkey, lettuce, tomato and mayo on our delicious Cranberry/Apricot Bread
  • Thinly sliced roast beef, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on our crusty baguette
  • Ham, swiss cheese, tomatoes and Italian dressing on ourOlive and Herb bread
  • Smoked salmon and cream cheese on a crusty baguette
  • Chicken salad, lettuce and tomato on a croissant

$10.00 p/p, complete with potato chips and a cookie or small brownie

$11.50 p/p, complete with potato chips, small brownie and fresh fruit.

Add $1.50 to substitute a French Gourmet dessert for the brownie in either lunch package listed above.

 

Power Lunch Boxes


Served in individual boxes with:

  • Choice of any of the sandwiches listed on the sandwich platter,
  • Bag of chips, small brownie, and a bottled water or can of soda.
  • Napkin and utensil pack and a small plate

$11.00 p/p   

Add $2.00 p/p to include a cup of freshly sliced fruit of the season.

 

Health-Conscious Buffet

A choice of our famous California or Chef Salad, accompanied by a small crusty petite baguette and butter.  Salad dressing choices:  Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Ranch, Fat-free Raspberry Vinaigrette, Honey Dijon or Balsamic & Olive Oil  

$7.00 p/p           

Add $3.50 to upgrade and include a fresh fruit and small brownie

 



 

Gourmet Pastries

 

Perfect compliment to any meeting where you want a mid day treat!  Made in the French tradition, our individual serving size pastries are relatively low in sugar and made with the finest natural and imported ingredients. We are happy to put together a variety platter that’s sure to be a big hit with everyone.  For those who have already established their favorites, just let us know your preference! 

 

All custom gourmet orders include paper plates, napkins and utensils.    Ten servings:  $40

 

Here’s just a sampling of what we have to offer: 

    

·         Opera :  Layers of chocolate and coffee butter creams with a Joconde biscuit and topped with dark chocolate.

 

·         Royal :  Chocolate mousse set on a waffle base and covered in a dusting of cocoa powder.

 

·         Fruit Tarts :  Single or mixed fresh fruit tarts made with various in season fruits and set on a base of cream patisserie. We also make French Apricot tarts, Plum tarts, Apple Normandy tarts and Pear tarts.

 

·         Lemon Meringue Tart :  If you like the combination of tart and sweet, this is the tart for you.  Made with a tart lemon curd and topped with a sweet Italian meringue. 

 

·         Pecan Tart :  A French version of southern pecan pie, this tart is a mixture of pecans and walnuts and sweetened with brown sugar.

 

·         Éclair :  Our éclairs are filled with cream patisserie and are available in chocolate, vanilla, coffee or mocha.

 

·         Napoleon :  Also known as  Mille-Feuilles. It is made with many layers of puff pastry and cream patisserie.

 

·         Peach Soufflé :  Peach slices in a tart and topped with a light soufflé topping.

 


 

Petite Gourmet Pastries

 

Choose an assortment from the selection below - it's too hard to decide on just one! Minimum order - 12 peite pastries ($1.00 for each pastry).

 

  • Fresh Fruit Tarts:  Fresh sliced fruit on a bed of Cream Patisserie in a petite pastry shell coated with chocolate.
  • Lemon Meringue Tarts:  The best of both worlds – a very tart lemon curd topped with an elegant twist of Italian Meringue in a petite pastry shell. 
  • Paris-Brest:  Named after a famous bicycle race in France, these petite pastries are in an éclair based tart and filled with Chantilly cream and praline cream.  Topped with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.    
  • Mini-Éclairs:  These miniature éclairs filled with cream patisserie are island favorites!  Choose from, a selection of  Chocolate/chocolate.,  Mocha, Coffee, and Chocolate/vanilla. 
  • Chocolate Dipped Strawberries: Large ripe strawberries hand dipped in chocolate ganache.        
  • Assorted Chocolate Bites:  Choose from an assortment of gourmet pastries made with Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Tiramisu or Chocolate and Coffee Butter cream.
